Delete Account

Ascendly lets users permanently delete their account and associated data from inside the app, and also request deletion outside the app from this page.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open Ascendly and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Security.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
Request deletion outside the app
If you cannot sign in to the app, submit the email address used for your Ascendly account below. We will record the request and process it after verifying account ownership.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and authentication record.
- Your fitness logs, including meals, workouts, water, sleep, supplements, cardio, steps, and weight entries.
- Your saved settings, targets, split configuration, and AI preferences stored with your account.
- Your uploaded progress photos and other account-linked app data stored by us.
What may be retained
- Temporary backup copies and security logs may remain for a limited period if required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or disaster recovery.
- Anonymous or aggregated product metrics that no longer identify you personally may be retained.
Retention timing
We aim to delete user account data promptly after the deletion request is completed in the app or after we verify an outside-app deletion request. Some backup or security records may persist for a limited retention period before automatic removal.
